Workplace Investigation

When you need us

You have received a grievance, complaint, dignity at work claim etc. or there has been an incident at work where you need to properly establish what has happened, what actions if any need taken and you need to move forward for the best interests of the people involved and your business. You don’t have the capacity or capability to undertake this yourself or you need independence due to others in your organisation being already involved in the case in some way

What we do for you

You will get a report which is proportionate to the seriousness of the issue/s, covering the evidence gathered, any breaches of policies or procedures, conclusions on each allegation and where there has been a grievance recommendation for resolution and any learning identified

You will receive a report which supports you to clearly see what you need to do next, which holds its own in relation to appeals and other proceedings, the highest level of independence which is critical particularly when the issues are complex and the knowledge that you and your issues are safe with us

Neutral Assessment

When you need us

You know there are issues in a team or service which are holding up delivery and/or progress but don’t have the information to make the necessary changes You believe that there may be cliques or ways of working which are holding the team or service back but don’t want to move to an investigation under a procedure as you don’t believe there has been misconduct but you do need to find a way forward and your efforts to date have not allowed you to do so

What we do for you

You will get a report which is a summary of one to one confidential meetings with all those involved, analysed to give you a clear picture of what is happening and what needs to change. You will also receive our recommendations for moving forward constructively

Service User Complaints

When a complaint has escalated and cannot be resolved at front line level. When you need the additional resource input due to lack of capacity, capability or independence

When you need assistance with where to go next with a case which is troubling for you or you need HR support at a disciplinary or grievance hearing or appeal. You may feel that you need independence for this or that you don’t have the capacity or capability within your organisation

Mediation

When you need us

When you have individuals (parties) or teams where their relationships are impacting on them and the business and where an independent skilled mediator is needed to support moving forward. Mediation can be used at any stage in the conflict cycle

Your parties are supported through one to one meetings and then a joint meeting to reflect on the issues and are then supported to agree a constructive way forward. Two party mediations usually take a day to resolve, team mediations take a bit longer depending on the issues
